Anyone have the cybex adjustable benches? Just wondering how they are and how much they cost. I think they have a flat to 80 degrees bench and a -10 to 80 degrees bench. Any inputs?

do you just wipe it down with oil? leave overnight and then wipe again? think that's how you suppose to do it.

What about motor oil? Isn't it the same as the 3 in 1? I use it to oil the chain on the concept2. Would it work the same for bars?
