No offense at all to you, but this is awful man, you need to get your diet in check. Cut out white pasta, replace with whole wheat pasta. Cut out potatoes, add in sweet potatoes.

Maintain muscle at whatever cost, lift heavy, sleep well, eat clean. Don't worry about weight loss... just health. You may get away with building some muscle while burning fat for a bit depending...
I have a good friend who is a doctor, as well as a nurse confirm my suspicion of the AC issue. I followed their advice of don't freaking bench or push your arm in that exact motion.
I was benching heavy, moving up quickly in weight... I had weak shoulders (not delts/traps/etc) but rotator cuffs, etc from a serious injury without proper PT 10 years ago.
You don't lose weight doing cardio, you lose weight from a caloric deficit. Cardio can help you burn more calories, but if your diet isn't in check it will do absolutely nothing.
I got edgy as hell when I started EC and cut my calories way down. It took a week or so to get adjusted, and now maybe I'm still edgy but don't realize it as much.
Some people don't gain weight at all, it doesn't mean you aren't responding to it necessarily. The strength gains are such are pretty minimal.... but it's proven and dirt cheap.
