    As it was mentioned above,sleeves are good for keeping knees warm but I would not recommend them for heavy squats. They do not offer the support that a wrap can as they are too flexible.

    I had a powerline cable crossover in my home gym and used it for a couple yrs without any issues. Could not load it as heavy as I wanted all the time but it got the job done for the most part.
