    Everything is going well, Thanksgiving wasn't too horrible. I only had one plate that I didn't get to finish, and had another that lasted for 2 days.

    Thanks man.

    Today is an off day. Just cardio.

    Diet, in my opinion was pretty decent.

    Breakfast - didn't eat anything fancy - just some cereal with skim milk

    Lunch - Turkey burgers...

    I was very busy yesterday - diet was ok, but I dont think I ate enough.

    I did do a workout, but had next to no energy due to me not being able to eat.
