I have been watching the combine, and for all you football players. What kind of things do you do to get big, but still mantain, or develop more speed?
not that many. you lift heavier, you get bigger. id say if you can do 100lbs 100 times, then you should put maybe 150-145 on and try for 10 reps. if you want to gain size do 6-10 reps of a weight...

If you can curl 110 lbs, and bench 200lbs, not that they are related. Then your arms are progressing faster than your chest. So keep it up, and nice job.
