    That's pretty crazy! I'm going to try to slowly bulk up to 175 over the course of a year but I really want to get my bench t-bar row and lunges way stronger at this weight than when I was at 185.

    I'm still only around 2300-2400 calories a day so slowly raising it. My energy and strength are finally coming back and its fun to workout now.
