Yeah too bad there isnt a steroid for ligmanet's / tendons hehe.

Not going for strengh that much anymore learned my lesson my muscles may be big and strong but tendons and ligmanets are not fully...

Managed to bench 415x1 but ended up ****ing my whole arm's ligament on my right arm, also stayed off for 2 months.
