it's better if you made your own. most protein bars are full of crap, sugar alcohols/ artificial sugars/subsitute. if you google how to make low carb protein bars i think theres receipes out there....

well if your one of those ppl that are worried about cholest. but almost anything that was alive then killed has saturated fat. To answer your question, it doesn't really matter between those two...

start out doing a skd which is the standard ketogenic diet, no carb ups atleast for 2-3 weeks or longer than that would be better because you will be more likely have gone thru the induction stage....
