    I can do 100 lbs 3 sets 8-10 of dips and I think that's reasonable compared to my bench 315lbs for 4x5 or 335lbs, sounds even to me at least ??

    best way to bring up a size lacking arm

    one of my arms is lacking about half an inch and I dont think its my bicep, Im sure its my tri not too sure but it looks like it might be.

    like he said, reduce calorie intake and carbs and do cardio 3-4 times a week. oh and eat 5-6 times a day small meals so your metabolisim burns most meals off.
