    Speed training

    I'm trying to get faster before I try to walk on to a college football team. Do any of you guys know about kbands? If so what have you heard.

    Or does anyone know any effective speed workouts?

    What are some good exercises for obliques. I heard that when you do a lot of weighted exercises it widens your core when they grow and it takes away from your v-taper.
