Yea I work at whole foods and the demo person or distributers would come and sample the bars, and at the end of the demo they would have left over whole unopened bars that they would give to...

Yea it sucks.. But would a little more cardio help reduce it? or a really really clean diet? Or a good detox/colon cleanse? what would reduce this?? there really has to be way..

Whole Foods is a Bit more pricy. But they have the freshest Meats and Fish. TJ's are all frozen..
