On rxmuscle in one of the videos, a friend of his who was training said Jay told him he tore something in a pec flat benching but that it wasn't going to be an issue.

It's good to see that whatever he tweaked in his pec isn't a visual issue.

Saying anyone owns Jay after last year is just silly...

Only way I think you would lose is if you starved yourself more or less and did way too much cardio in the gym leading to some form of telogenic loss.

He's not a pro but Palumbo has terrible shoudler injuries.
