I used to be in the same boat. Take a multi vitamin, vitamin c, garlic tablets and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Works for me.
^^ good answer. I don't isolate abs as a seprate day as you are always using your core during the main lifts like DeadLifts, Squats etc, I simply add them in a couple of days a week.

As already stated. Even when cutting still eat plenty of fruit and veg. I still take multivitamins, EFA's, garlic tablets etc.
Protein and fat generally 1 gram per lb of lbm. Carbs generally 2 grams per lb of lbm.

Flax oil and cream in your protein drink is a good way to bump your fat intake. Also cook food in oil, salads wtih oil and your nuts. Should be good!
As the above have said. I have 2 OFF DAYS a week. One midweek and one on Sunday. Both days are carb refeed days so it's the norm plus extra carbs.
I lost about 5lb in my first week when I started this cut. It's all good. As long as you're lifting and getting your protein etc.

A 2lb a week loss is a good healthy loss. This takes time and effort and more importantly patience.
Just drop your daily calories by an extra amount each day (say 100) and have them all on your cheat day.

Fruit and vegetables should always be eaten on a cut or bulk. Too many people worry about frucose etc. Just enjoy :D
