If you haven't taken before/after shots, I'd recommend it, I want to work out hardcore after seeing the difference side by side.. too bad muscles need rest.
It's a good approach for a conversation, don't think anything beyond that though. I try to meet women as friends, if something strikes up beyond that, decide from there.
