Plowed through today's session fairly easy. Quads are feeling a little beat as the day goes.

Thanks brahhhhh. Weight is back to 170.3 this morning so I am okay with a little loss in strength for the time being. I didn't think I'd lose weight this quick on 2550 cals!!
