I would drop the casein, just stick with whey. Multi, fish oil, creatine. So if say your stack is good to go.
Honestly I don't think it would hamper your gains much at all if your putting the work in.

Hemavol + white flood reborn= Amazing. I only combine on days in feeling a little tired after work. Usually stick to hemavol lemon drop by itself because it is stil free and the pumps are incredible.

I'd say a good multi, fish oil/omega3s, and creatine would be a good start. Whey protein powder is always good too.

I usually take it with water during breakfast daily. Supposedly timing doesn't really matter as long as your getting the 5g in per day. Just make sure to drink A LOT of water
