1200 calories is just depressing. I would lose my mind eating that small amount of food!

My maintenance is around 2000-2200 lifting 4x per week, no cardio. I'm 5'5 approx 130lb at the moment. I bulk at 2400+ and cut around 1500-1600. :)

If one meal is going to derail your goals you are doing it wrong. If you are cutting just "save" some calories during the day or week. Then just watch your portion sizes during that meal. It won't...
