Give yourself 2-3 sessions before trying to go heavy IMO. It was just two weeks, but man that feels like so long I'd be really uncomfortable.

Had a decent workout, but didn't get to hit anything near what I was trying to do today. The majority of bars at my gym are thick bars 5-10lbs heavier than normal 45lb bars. Really fuked up my flat...
