Everybody's needs are differant but I take 2-3g 3x a day! :-) Just start out small and add if her body can handle it!
I'm allergic to milk, eggs, whey and on and on so I don't have much choice but to use a little bit of soy. I find I get more emotional on soy. I think it's all up to how your body processes it....
