I like all the hanging leg and knee raise exercises, intensity can be increased with ankle weights as required. Also dont forget your stabilty exercises, planks with feet on a ball are a good start.

also, bulking generally means getting fat, u need to be down to at least 10 b4 you can make an honest appraisal of where u r and where u need to go, so lift heavy, eat protein, and get down to 10
