Make goals and set dates to hit them by... maybe compete or add inches to your measurements...if this doesn't work out then I would have to say look for a new hobby or lifestyle
You should make a push emphasizing on shoulders and another push emphasizing chest...personally I don't feel you can optimally hit shoulders after chest and vice-versa... and yea legs back squats...
