    i have a pair of them. compact. fast changing. durable.better. you have to dial both side for changing weights for Bowflex....

    bodysolid gdcc200 or 210?

    i will purchase one of these and use at home.
    is the only difference gdcc 200 is wider?

    if i want to use it with my adjustable bench for bench presses can i use my bench with narrower gdcc210...
