255x10 - hit a wall for like 5 seconds in 11th rep. Told the spotter, " i'm going to failure"..leaves after the handoff and threw me off. oh well.
peaking my cg tng, wide grip paused and ohp as main accesories for next few weeks. Haven't been able to hit tricep accessory work without medial head pain in a while now.
