well u are only 100 lbs...i guess it was probably big for you. Just slowly increase the amount over time and you'll be eatin that for a snack.

pb on toast is pretty damn good. sweet potatoes taste great too.
guys give him credit..hes only 13. My advice is to learn everything you can and start off on the right track. Damn starting at age 13...in a couple years you'd be huge.
i think oats + milk + banana are qualified as real food..
theres even much more then orange and white...i have tried a purple colored one too. It was $1.68 per lb!

ive been eating mine like cold cereal for awhile now.
i make my 80% lean burgers on a forman grill and press the crap outa them..literally :D
i think some fat would drip off the burger. Even more would come off if you press them..(just like on the forman grill machines)
crispy toasted wheat bread + hot eggs + melting ff cheese = :)
i only take whey on lifting days...and thats just around 35 grams or so.

heck no man..why would he cheat now? He has alot of motivation and drive for his up coming contest..and because of that..hes gonna tear it up.
