    i think 2500 for one pound of muscle and then 3500 more for 1 pound of fat coz that 2500 already exhausted.

    so 3500 + 2500 = 6000 extra cals for 1 pound of fat and 1 pound of muscle.

    1 pound of muscle = 2500 calories = 350 calories extra per day

    1 pound of fat = 3500 calories = 500 calories extra per day.

    We are trying to gain muscle.Why not to increase + 350 calories every...
