What is your workout and diet like? That is where you will make most of your gains. Protien supplements are a great addition to a good workout and diet program.

Cytolean seems to work well. I would recommend going as far as you can without a Fat burner (if you have not already) and then introduce a burner to help rid of those stubborn areas.
