This is news to me. I've always thought DB flyes isolate your chest, i.e there's little-no shoulder involvement.

However I'm not an expert, so don't quote me on that. I'm interested to see what...

    Couple of questions.

    Firstly:

I'm going to be using a power rack-Heavy bag setup that is linked in the Homemade equipment list, but I'm stuck on what punchbag to purchase. I'm thinking of going for a 4ft 100lb one,...

If you have space for that half rack system you posted, you definitely have space for the bodycraft. It has a 4 x 4ft footprint for Pete's sake!

I got my 145kg set from Fitness Superstore, Cast...

Like I said in your other thread, you can get pretty decent benches for around £200, but they're basic adjustable utility benches with a 600lb+ capacity. If you're looking for one with a barbell...

Really? Most adjustable benches with a 1000lb capacity here are around the £200 mark, with the exception of body-solids at 600lb (but that's a foldable bench anyway)

If the OP is talking about...

Why was I expecting a Yoga mat and some pink dumbells? *Slaps forehead*

Excellent set-up, but the title of "Studio" does not give it justice. It just make me think of the above :p

Tell you what. I browsed the first website you posted and found that a body-solid bench (not the one I bought) is being sold for $500, when it's no more than £200 here. That's a £100 difference...

Well, you're basically paying £40 extra for a 7 footer. Is it even worth the hassle? And don;t forget what essexlad said about 6 footers, so it all depends on what you're looking for.
