I just relocated to CT until the end of August, and I joined a new gym today. I had to cut my workout short b/c the gym closes at 5 on Sundays-not what I'm used to!
Thanks freebird. That is all stuff I 'know', but its hard to remember when I'm feeling frustrated! It's always great to hear it from someone besides yourself.

Do you do deadlifts, or even barbell squats? Those are the two exercises I do that hit my lower back, even though the squats don't 'directly' work my back.
