Any peaking program can be used for bench only. Smolov Jr is one of the more popular. If you've got a sub-300 bench, your time would probably be better spent making linear progress.
So your bench went up 90lbs doing nothing but one arm triceps extensions and a bunch of doubles with 90% of your 1RM? That's awesome that it worked for you, but it's horrible advice for others.

To be on the safe side I'd go with Titan Titanium's in 12" or 18". You can use them in USAPL/IPF, and almost every other fed. Seriously though, take care of that wrist!
If you have a wrist sprain/strain, then wrapping up while you keep benching is only going to lead to chronic wrist pain. Let the injury heal, and then come back to benching.
