My heart rate monitor says I expend on average 1300kcal per workout. Is 3500kcal enough to gain lean mass no workout days? I consume about 2800 on non workout days cause I dont really do anything...
Just got a polar ft-7 HR monitor saying I burn 1350 kcal per session(yea I workout for a long time). Is there any way I can use this number to figure out how many kcals i need to gain weight.
