Nah, it does not necessarily mean that you're burning calories..
However, if it's because of too much heat (etc etc), then of cource you're burning calories.

However it takes its damn time! That's why God created HIIT :P

I would say 45-60 minutes is max if you're aiming to burn fat..
Some say that whey should be consumed 30 mins before the HIIT/HIT session.. I'm not going to say anything about that ;)
Agreed, 2 HIIT/HIT sessions a week is max I believe..
I've tried to do more, but then I felt like SH|T! :/
Currently doing 2x HIT, 4x low intensity & 1x interval a week.. I know it might be too...
That's not true, as I DID get rid of all that junk. Coke, however, helps me staying on my diet.. and I have no problems losing fat & gaining muscles.. thank you very much so I'll keep drinkin.
