Well, I have not ever been able to do pullups/chinups because I was so heavy.. Now I can do some but my stomach kills as I am doing them and after. just did a couple and my right side of my stomach...

How I lost this week beats me, didn't do much cardio and ate a few take-aways.. back on cutting serious after Christmas
