can i drink post workout 45min after workout? usually i drink it like straight after workout..

alot of peple are saying that its no use to drink it post or pre-bed time.

but the thing is pre-workout u drink a shake too..
well if you drink alot of water and do crunches u can feel water flowing trough your stomach....
i read good stuff about it on the boards..but if you drink that much and do a warm up like 5min run and you do a couple of ab exercises..seems like you going to get stomach pain...
