yea i have only used their redline like i said, but this product is amazing. AND NO DIAREHHA! yay ! lol

i havent noticed any extra sweating more than usual. The cardio sessoin on the other hand today i was sweating like a fat pig in summer heat.

workout today was absoluletly phenomnal

i did arms, then did cardio at a very high intensity 85-90 % of my max heart rate for 31 minutes and 15 seconds.
