Ditch the exercises that bother those body parts and substitute them with other exercises.
No trap bar in my gym unfortunately but I'm going to start incorporating windgate sprints on an upright bike into my leg days. nathangreen told me about his results on them via PM so I'm looking...
Lol injured my right knee (patellar) from squats a few weeks ago. Ditched squats completely until it heals.
This is literally word-for-word how I've felt for the last 6+ months.
I need to be able to do this 10 years from now.
I know Kelei was a big fan of seated conc. curls back in the day. Go for it, they are a great exercise.
Eh, I had the tendency to get a bit lazy since I didn't hit failure in the first set lol
You clearly haven't slammed your side delts with enough volume on that movement then.
Yeah but from what I understand JFB doesn't take his first set to failure. I assume he's relying on the later sets to take him to failure, similarly to Nubret.
I might try this out today for my pull session.
Take a 15RM, take it to 10 reps in the first set and then continue doing RP sets of 5 reps until you hit 50-60 total reps?
So you don't push to failure in the first set?
Sounds interesting, whats your total rep target then?
wow sickening tune
where's fakitsbb at?
miss that sickkent
You're going to have to dig deep for that answer brother.
Though I'm pretty sure you already know what the right thing to do is.
If you did 30 total reps with a 10RM then do 45 total reps with a 15RM.
When I was lurking through Serge's responses to his thread he said that you'd add very little weight the next session if you were able to complete all 6 sets of 12.
If you'd like to add a Kelei...
I mean if you don't feel like you need it and can do without it then go ahead. Presses are definitely important but if your chest is your best bodypart then it really doesn't matter.
You can make it work with a lot of volume.
High volume on cable flies won't bother your shoulder? If not then go nuts on cable fly volume.
Yeah man, just had some convenient amnesia. Thanks for reminding me.
never deloading bc losing all gains crew checking in
lol at this mental masturbation
hypertrophy is a constant process it doesn't start and stop during your loading cycles
most, if not all sets.
Some of my complacency with BBing has to do with other priorities related to school but the other part of it is just liking the physique I already have. I just want to see how strong I can get at...
