    I second this, just be consistent and keep practicing everyday. work on form and slowly add weight when ready. I'm still learning but it's all worth it.

    i keep it short, 1 day is (with dbells) deads and clean and press, another day is close grip pull ups and parallel dips weighted and another rows and push presses. all heavy as possible 30 to 40...
