    pain should be zero unless your dentist sucks...get the gas and the novacaine...I had a molar root canal that took 4 2 hour sessions to complete....didn't feel a thing I was just high the whole time.

    Had some SI joint issues a few years ago, certainly helped...or certainly placeboed me into feeling better. Either way I buy it monthly.

    Try both...and by try I don't mean 2-3 weeks...take two months each way and see what worked better.

    I swore by 2x a week training from 15-21....then an adjustment in my life schedule kinda forced...
