I wake up & hit the gym at about 4/430am prior to work as well. I've used C4 & BB.com's Scream with no problems. I have a whey protien shake when I get home.

Amino Recovery is my fav for recovery.

I have only tried 2 different intra's so far & I like BB.com's "Amino Recovery" in blue raspberry. I really like it.

I'm taking 1 scoop of BB.com's Scream pre w/o. It has 3g's of "creapure"(mono). Can I take Kre-Alkalyn & still take my pre W/O? Or should I pick one or the other?
