For shoulders I pretty much just use a stick. Figure of 8 and straight pulls overhead, overhead squat.

I pick up most of the things I do from youtube channels and this is a good one....

Put together a video of the progressions to a full squat snatch that have helped me the most. Maybe someone will try these and learn something new.
