Eating tons of food after drinking seems to be the way most people put on weight from drinking. You have to cut out those 2am stops to Perkins or Wendy's.
Probably just a regular monohydrate powder. I've taken No-Explode and Storm in the past. Didn't mind them but didn't like the price for No-Explode at the time.
I agree with your comments on NO Xplode. It provided fantastic results for me and my workouts were much better. I also was able to kill it on the treadmill after lifting.
