bench on smith and use one arm. put weight under your left shoulder if using ur right arm and bench like that.*makes u tilt to a side so u get more contraction. try that, but dont over do it and over...
NO works great for me. I notice the difference when I'm on it as to when im off it. A buddy of mine just started taking it, and he says its making a huge difference. Everybody is diff.
