Beer Batter Waffles with Bratwurst, Sauerkraut and Maple Mustard...

Chimichurri Steak Tacos with Pomegranate Seeds and Fire-Roasted Peppers on a Cilantro Corn Tortilla...

This was very simple.
1 tbls butter
5-6 leaves chopped sage
cayenne pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Wen't really nicely with the chicken and it would totally work for steak too!

Bulking? Looks like more food than usual... Sweet!
