    Chest workout was on point. Worked up to 250x2 on Bench press and then hit some incline bench, db flys, and weighted dips. Followed it up with 25 mins incline walking.

    Agree 100%. I wouldn't touch any fat burners...

    Agree 100%. I wouldn't touch any fat burners until you put together a solid cardio and diet plan and follow it for a couple months.
