Well, I eat a lot of meat, that's where I get most of my B12 :)
Can't imagine staying away from meat, especially when it helps me recover, hit my protein needs and perform...
Got my blood work this week, got twice the upper limit of B12, it's almost 1600 and the range is 200-800.
But zinc, mag, vit K, calc, A, folic.a. are a bit behind.
Dam, I didn't know it's that bad...
I knew some companies scam, but I didn't know THAT many.
Can I trust NOW / Jarrow Formula / MusclePharm and ALLMAX?
