I guess if it only takes you 10 mins it's not so bad. But to set all of it up then do the routine and then repeat seems like it would take a whole lot longer then 10 mins
why............. just warmup with the same movement your going to use for your working sets with more weight..... + stetching........... This just seems like a waste of time to me....... N4...
