What are your thoughts on using 11-oxo at 225 mg for a month with EC for a cut? Then follow that up with LX and EC for the next month.
Is that picture recent? If so, you are not 5.4% body fat unfortunately. And yes, 30 pounds of muscle will take years of handwork and dedication, assuming you stay natural.
