instead rack the bar on your middle delts and then hold the bar by crossing your hands over each other and then holding onto the bar. thats hard to explain. are you sure your holding the weight...
a higher calf is higher up on the leg. They're harder to gain mass with.

straight up I dont know of any plates that dont have Kg, or Ibs. on them unless its a standard weight set. is the bar normal size or only like 4.5 feet tall? (one and a half meters)
but thats not including the bar right? so its 95? hopefully.........
