this was a video from 2 months ago or so, at the lowest position. Where he claimed was parallel. Then he said it was high after a **** storm. THis is the next installement in the sage, 35lb heavier...
It was a trick quesion, you never uploaded the 450lb video, it was a 425lb and terribly high, you lying bastard.
Having trouble keeping up with your bs?
425, a few months ago IIRC...
Please do, lets just remember how the last thread went... if was pretty awkward for you
well, most people thought it was parallel and yours was high, so your uneducated opinion (because...
you must be new around here... He is the one has always been claiming a big squat even when his videoswere are a few inches above parallel. He knows those were bull**** reps and randomly admits to...

Kudos for creativity..
that calculator was the most action she probably got that year so makes sense.
.
If I posted a video today, from the side, no plates showing, telling you it was 4 plates, would you believe me?
Think real hard about it. He had a vide of a 450lb, high and struggles, goes...
Common Wk brah, you aren't fooling anyone here, you are just losing the respect of others here.
I find it funny how you just got 2 45lb plates all the sudden. I guess I will be keen to see them...
don't hold your breath on tat one m8.
More interestingly is how he actually deletes his past videos so there is no point in comparisn. WK logic. 450lb high = struggles, 460, deep, 8/10 difficulty.
I am very sceptical about that being 460, not just because I hate your guts, which I do, but the correlation between your high squats, you form and technique are not in line. By all means, if that...
lets hope so man! thanks!
left arm of peace, need to get it sorted, along with the ql for sure!
rack chins (when set up right, which is hard) allow you to isolate the more vertical...
I think there is some truth on that.

I can see the pause, there is a bit of a bar sinking which makes it a bit heard to see clear cut. Looks more legit than scots IMO
thanks man, lots of room for improvement! Some days I feel like IDEL lol.
cheers man, hopefully it isn't just an optical ilusion
hopefully it stays that way! but I am living one day...
did a quick session, mainly screwing around. I slept the wrong way and cramped my QL. Nothing too bad, hopefully it goes away for tomorrow

I am going to keep coming at you, trolling or not, people believe in your **** and it makes me sick. I feel sorry for all this newbies listening to you when you clearly have no idea about training. ...
Well, you squat high to 450. I would rather squat 2 plates to depth than 450 and high and believe it is a good squat.
Not sure why I should feel bad about the injuries, if anything it gives me...
Well, I am glad you posted that.
I guess you wouldn't be too far off if you steeped back and rebuild your squat with proper technique and form over the course of a few months. I guess the more...
While I am a fan of squatting heavy for leg growth, if you really want to take those legs to another level (bodybuilding), you will have to also incorporate some high rep work. Not using different...
lol ... sure...
It takes more time and effort to learn low bar than high bar, kinda why all newbies do high bar when they first pick up a barbell with out any thought.
