2nd attempt at volume Day
Today was a ****ty day.
Had a cold over the weekend spent all weekend blowing my nose. Today I felt it.
Only got 2 sets of 382.5x5 and ohp felt like crap.
Hopefully I'm recovered by ID

Squats looked a tad high - could be the angle tho. Maybe getting a vid at hip height would give a better representation of depth?
