ive been cutting for the last eight weeks or so. i was sooooooooo bloated and fat. i took the word bulk to a whole new level.

at my heaviest i was 220. now im 199. im NEVER bulking up that much...

yeah, obviously my own voice is the loudest. but good point. sometimes i just want to look like my heroes, the ones on my wall (dorian, zane, heath, arnold, mentzer) and i feel the need to discuss it...

maybe at the beginning it is, but as you progress and get bigger and stronger training becomes CRUCIAL.

yes, i'm actually planning on competing around october in some INBA event. its still a long ways away, but i still got a lot of stuff to work on.

i know. my forearms are weak...i got them up from 12.25'' to 13'' but they're still too small. plus i got tiny wrists.
